The Full Conference Package entitles delegates to attend all conference sessions on Monday and Tuesday, access to all conference papers on the dedicated conference website, morning/afternoon teas and lunches, Welcome Dinner on Sunday evening and the Innovation Awards Dinner on Monday evening. Tuesday evening’s informal dinner is an additional $110.00 per person.
Participation in the Golf Tournament on Sunday afternoon is not included in your conference package and must be purchased separately. Please Note: Should you wish to invite your partner or guest to any of these social events, separate, additional charges will apply, and must be included on your registration form.
Workshops are an additional cost to the Full Conference Package. Please see the registration form for workshop prices.
All delegates and guests must note that their individual conference name badge is their entry pass to all conference related events and must be worn at all times throughout the Conference, including social events, and in clear view for security purposes.
On-line Registration and Closing Dates
The NSW Minerals Council has established an on-line registration process. Please visit the Conference Website and follow the on-line regsitration link to register for this year’s 2013 Health and Safety Conference.
To ensure you are able to attend this sell-out event, your completed registration form (together with appropriate payment) must be received by the following dates:
- Early Bird Registration – Registration received on or before Tuesday 9 April 2013
- Standard Registration – Registration received after Tuesday 9 April 2013
- Late Registration Fee – after Wednesday 8 May 2013 incurs a $100.00 fee.
Accommodation, availability of social activities and ‘Welcome Packs’ cannot be guaranteed for late registrations.
Cancellation or Change of Registration
Cancellations must be notified in writing to the Conference Secretariat. Cancellations received prior to 2 May 2013 will receive a refund less $100.00 administration charge. Cancellations received after 2 May 2013 will not be refunded.
However, registration may be transferred to another person at any time prior to 2 May 2013 at a $50.00 transfer fee. Transfers after 2 May 2013 will be charged at a rate of $100.00 per transfer. Please provide details of the substitute delegate or registration change in writing to the Conference Secretariat. Please note that we will require payment by credit card at the time of transfer request.
Method of Payment
Please note that debits to your credit card will appear as Flight Centre on your credit card statement.
All funds are payable to cievents ABN 20 003 279 534. Your conference registration will not be confirmed until payment has been processed. This document becomes a tax invoice when payment is processed. If payment is made by Cheque, this should be made payable to cievents and forwarded to:

Payments should include registration fees, all social activities and accommodation costs, including guests. Attached to the cheque should be notification of the delegates for whom the payment refers. All prices are quoted in Australian dollars. Payment must accompany your registration form. Conference registration cannot be confirmed until payment is received.
Registrations will be acknowledged in writing with confirmation of your requirements based on your completed request. It is the responsibility of the delegate to check these confirmed details carefully and advise cievents immediately should there be any discrepancies.
On Sunday 19 May 2013, the Registration Desk will be open from 10.30am to 6.30pm and will be located in the Hotel Lobby of Crowne Plaza. On Monday 20 May 2013, the Registration Desk will be located in the foyer outside the Grand Ballroom and will be open from 7.00am.
