Summary: A High Pressure Torque Multiplier provides the ability to tighten bolted joints on critical components however manual repositioning of this tool exposes the operator to three hazards: oil injection injury; crush points; and uncontrolled movements of the device. Handle with Care is a metal frame and handle design which fits around the tool and was developed to reduce the risk of injury when handling the hydraulic hose swivel. Use of Handle with Care reduces the need for personnel to hold the Torque Multiplier near high pressure fluids and crush points, thereby reducing exposure to known hazards.
