EnviroSmart
EnviroSmart is a step-by-step environmental education resource that assists teachers and students to develop, implement and report on a School Environmental Management Plan (SEMP). It encourages students to examine the environmental management practises within their school, their local community and the Australian Minerals Industry.
Designed for the upper primary and junior secondary school students, EnviroSmart consists of a booklet of information and student worksheets, two posters, NSW curriculum links and internet access to case studies of environmental practises at Australian mine sites.
